In Hospital??

Due to privacy laws, it is important when you are in the hospital that you make Admitting aware that you are Catholic, and that you would like visits. If you do not make this request the hospital will not inform our Pastoral Care team or Fr. Mike of your being there. Otherwise, you can ask a family member or close friend to contact the Parish office.

Have you met with disappointment today? Sometimes this little rhyme can help: "I don't like it, but that's OK, with Jesus, I can handle it anyway!"

AN INVITATION TO HAITI SLIDE SHOW

We will be presenting an update on Haiti on Tuesday, December 1 at 7:00 pm in the Gathering Area of the Church. This slide show will include photos of our Parish projects in Haiti and a brief video of our latest project – the St. Jean Bosco School Sponsorship Program. Fr. Mike's 10th Anniversary

Parishioners of Notre Dame gathered together to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Ordination of their pastor, Father Michael Anyasoro on August 15, 2008.

Noon Mass was concelebrated with Fr. Ernest from the Bonus Pastor Seminary Osina, of the Diocese of Orlu, Nigeria, who was visiting with Fr. Michael and Fr. Udoka, from Church of the Resurrection Parish, Fort St. John.

Following Mass a potluck luncheon was enjoyed by all. Also in attendance was Fr. Benjamin from St. Thomas More Parish in Fairview, Alberta

God our Father,
we bless you and give you thanks
for your Son Jesus, the gift of your love
for the life of the world.

Watch over your Church as it celebrates in joy and hope
the Eucharist TODAY!

Renew our faith in the Holy Eucharist,
the memorial of your Son's death and resurrection.

May your Holy Spirit shed its light upon us
and grant us strength
to serve as faithful witnesses to the Gospel.

Nourish us with your Word and your Bread of Life
so that united with Mary,
the Mother of your Divine Son and Mother of the Church,
we will bear much fruit
for the salvation of the world.

We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord.
